How do our systems work?
You can only access a Slivers-of-Time marketplace through the website of an agency offering this service. They will want to check you before you start, just as they currently vet temps or clients.
Once you're accepted, you will be able to access unique technology, specifically enabling a market in "spare hours".
How do I use a self-management system?
There are three categories of user. Each interacts in their own way:
1) Workers (the people selling their time):

- Input hours of availability for today, tomorrow or any day up to 4 weeks from now
- Define "My Terms", their rules for the kind of bookings they'll do and how their pay rate is to be constructed
- Receive details of each booking for which a buyer has committed to their rate by text, email or webpage
- Do the work, get an online timesheet signed and get paid.

2) Buyers (anyone hiring the time of local people):
Input their requirements- Immediately see a screen of the sellers who want that booking. They are ranked by track record of reliability, relationship with the buyer's business and price for that specific block of work.
- Are notified when their chosen sellers commit to the booking
- Receive consolidated invoices from their agency
3) Agencies (the companies or organisations that operate a local market):
- Approve buyers and sellers
- Get a constant overview of transactions in their marketplace
- Can over-ride the marketplace at any time
- Can partner with other agencies offering Slivers-of-Time, this widens their overall market
