We've been using Slivers-of-Time people for data input in our offices for some time. I wanted to see how we could use them for our residents' roadshows. At the time, I had five of them to organise at different locations.

In each case, I booked sellers for a few afternoons to leaflet local households. Then for the afternoon of each event, I booked workers to run the cloakroom, do the catering and tidy up. We had a woman making the teas who was particularly hard working.

If Slivers-of-Time Workers hadn't been available we probably wouldn't have bothered to find extra staff. Our officers would have done it, that's a waste of their skills. The system's ratings are important, we have to have reliable people. Also: it really matters to us that this work is going into the local community.
