Who we work with

Catalyst Awards LogoMarketplaces can be potent. We help organisations evaluate options of which they may not be aware. Clients engage us to implement sophisticated marketplaces aligned with specific objectives. Our work constantly throws up new opportunities for government policy.

Public and private sector

Kirklees training

We serve Local Authorities including; Leeds CC, Combined Cambridgeshire Councils, MB Kirklees, Hertfordshire CC and Lancashire CC as well as London Boroughs of Brent, Harrow, K&C, H&F, Hounslow, Greenwich, Southwark and Lewisham.

Our team works directly with the Department of Health on innovative service delivery. Other customers include: one of the biggest private sector employers in the UK, local charities and far-sighted recruitment agencies.

Recognition

Our work has been promoted by UnLtd, the national fund which supports social entrepreneurs, Frederick’s Foundation, The Cabinet Office and a technology philanthropist. In August 2008 we won the Prime Minister’s Award for Catalyst Technology (Enterprise).

The charity Frederick's Foundation became our core funder after the UK government. Our markets create new policy opportunities for tackling poverty. Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Institute for Public Policy Research have both commissioned papers from us about this emerging potential.

Because of our work, Britain now leads the world in development of very fluid, accessible, labour markets. Could Slivers-of-Time align with your objectives? Our services include: consultancy, marketplace design and rapid implementation.
