Stephen Timms MP, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, meeting Slivers-of-Time Workers
In early 2005 we were commissioned by Office of Deputy Prime Minister (now CLG) to design and deliver new technology to make local labour markets much more flexible. This would make Services more fluid and bring new people into the workforce. We created the “Slivers-of-Time Working” programme. Our work on Personalisation of Care Services is a Next Practice programme within the Cabinet Office Innovation Unit.
