Slivers-of-Time Ltd. has been funded by Frederick’s Foundation. Set up with the proceeds of two UK high-tech companies, Frederick’s promotes opportunity in deprived areas.

Frederick’s core activity is granting loans to individuals who want to start a business. They achieve consistently high repayment rates from local entrepreneurs with lower overheads than big charities.
